8 Steps to Astral Pro-ject

 Here, Are the 8 Steps to Achieve 
***ASTRAL PROJECTION***



         1. Find a quiet place you find relaxing. You can be indoors or outdoors, as long as you are 
            comfortable. Make sure you won't be interrupted. OBEs are most common in the morning at
            4:00am- 6:00am. DO NOT TRY THIS AT NIGHT, you will most likely fall asleep. 


         2.  Find a comfortable position, either sitting or laying down. Many people choose to lay down 
           on their backs, but be forewarned that temporary sleep paralysis is more likely in this position if 
           you  do  fall asleep
  

        3.  Say to yourself, "I will remember my dreams" or "I will have a lucid dream." until you
           memorize it.


        4. Relax by either allowing yourself to almost fall asleep (sleeping would ruin the purpose), or  
              through intense meditation. 


        5. As you relax and you become less conscious of your external surroundings. Keep on
            relaxing until you feel a vibrating sensation in your body, and sounds that sound similar to a
            tornado/wind/Helicopters flying around  . Relax deeper and deeper until the sounds pass, DO NOT
            FALL ASLEEP! Soon everything will be completely silent and your body will be still. 


        6. If you did the above correctly you should feel as if your body was paralyzed, "feels like   
             a  lead blanket is over you". You should however be able to move your eyes, mouth, nose,  
             and  face. 



       7.  Now, here is the separation part using the "rope method." Feel your "imaginary" hands
           climbing up a rope. Do not visualize this! This is meant to be only a feeling of you climbing a rope.
           Imagine you are doing this in pure darkness. Keep going up despite vibrations. Some have said it's
           easier to climb up on inhale, stay put on exhale, etc. Soon you will find yourself out of your body.
           This method is proven to trigger the projection reflex. The "visualize yourself floating up" is more of a
           "let's hope this works" type method.


          8. Open your astral eyes. You should be viewing your room from the side of your bed.

***Tips***

 

  • DO NOT MOVE. If you do you will ruin everything. Any urge you feel to move is your body asking you if your mind is asleep, if you ignore the body it will think the mind is asleep and will fall asleep. This is crucial.   

  • Why not just break out of your bodies during the vibrations? You will waste a lot of valuable energy that will make your OBE blurry and short. Relaxing until it goes away means you can exit using little energy.

  • Stay calm! If you get too excited, you will snap back into the physical world. When you think you are getting too excited, concentrate on a spot, such as your hands or a wall.

  • Another method is to focus upon one spot on your ceiling and visualize the dot creeping across the ceiling and down the wall to the floor until it goes under where you are laying. This will cause your astral body to turn around in your physical body and then it will be thrown from the physical body.

  • If you get lost on the Astral Plane then just wait, your body cannot deny its natural needs. if it gets hungry it will snap your astral body back to your physical body and you will wake up. Don't jump up though. the paralysis will be wearing off and you may be weak.

  • A great thing is to have a blind fold on, this will help with relaxation and help prove that your in the OBE.

  • You are most ready to project the moment you awake. As you go to sleep, tell yourself that when you awake, don't move a muscle!. Relax, and try rolling out of your body without muscles.





***Warnings***

 

  • Be very, very careful. Remember this: like attracts like. Never ever be in a bad mood when having an OBE. If you do encounter an evil entity, tell it who's boss, and to back off. Or you could always go back to your body. Or you can ignore the entity. They hate that.

  • Looking back at your physical body can be a shock, even when you're expecting it, and shocks will pull you back into your body. Be prepared.

  • Some people believe that it's a mind/spirit realm, and that you can encounter other spirits, sometimes even Demons and Angels. If you believe in such things, and you think they're going to appear in your dream, then they most likely will.

  • Keep in mind that only you can turn this experience into a nightmare. Avoid negative thoughts and if you're afraid, don't do it.

  • If you start getting angry, think about going back.
